For larger repairs or when blending isn’t feasible, we offer the option of adding new artwork over the repair. This not only hides the damage but also gives your board a refreshed, unique look.

How Long Will it Take?

At Caves Beach Surf Garage, we understand how important it is to get your board back in action as quickly as possible. The time needed for repairs depends on the severity of the damage, but we always strive for quality craftsmanship and a fast turnaround.

For less severe repairs, such as smaller dings or minor rebuilds, the turnaround time is typically around 5 days.

For more severe damage, like creases, large delamination, or full snaps, the process can take closer to 10 days. These repairs require extra time for structural fixes, curing, sanding, and, if necessary, artwork to blend the repair into the board’s design.

We treat every board with care, ensuring it’s not only fixed but also water-ready and looking great before it leaves `The Garage’. While we do our best to stick to these timeframes, unexpected complexities in repairs can sometimes extend the process. But rest assured—quality and performance are always our top priorities.
